Bio:
Diamond Forde’s debut collection, Mother Body, is the winner of the 2019 Saturnalia Poetry Prize and a finalist for the 2022 Kate Tufts Discovery Award. Forde has received numerous awards and prizes, including a Pink Poetry Prize and a Furious Flower Poetry Prize. A Callaloo and Tin House fellow, Forde attended the University of West Georgia as an undergraduate, ultimately earning a PhD at Florida State University. Forde’s work has appeared in Boston Review, Honey Literary, Obsidian, Massachusetts Review, and more. She enjoys R&B, fish and grits, and cuddling with her dog.
