Bio:
Judson Mitcham is a native of Monroe, Georgia, and a former poet laureate of Georgia. He taught psychology at Fort Valley State University for thirty years, and after retirement taught creative writing at Mercer University, Emory University, and Georgia College. His most recent collection of poems is A Little Salvation: Poems Old and New, and his two novels are The Sweet Everlasting and Sabbath Creek, all from the University of Georgia Press. He lives in Macon with his wife, Jean.
